SyncWise for accountancy practices

Built for practices that are capped by capacity rather than by demand — priced per client, run from one place, with your team still making every call.

A practice grows by taking on clients it has the capacity to serve. Capacity is consumed by handling — opening emails, keying bills, checking whether something has been entered before, chasing statements, finding the document behind a posting when a client asks. None of that requires a qualified person, and all of it is done by one.

SyncWise removes the handling and leaves the judgement where it belongs. It is priced per client, so it fits a practice's economics rather than a single company's.

One place, every client

Each client's documents, rules and chart of accounts stay separate, and your team works across all of them from one login instead of signing into each client's ledger in turn. Separation is enforced in the database itself rather than in the interface, so one client's records cannot be reached from another's.

It follows how you already code

SyncWise codes against each client's own chart of accounts and against how that client's suppliers have been coded before. Where it has proposed a code itself rather than following something confirmed, it will not let the bill be approved until one of your people has confirmed the line — and it remembers the answer, so the same question is not asked twice.

Review, not rework

Confidence is expressed in words rather than percentages, and the reason for every decision is written next to it. A reviewer agrees or corrects; they do not have to reconstruct what the software was thinking. Supplier bills post as drafts and your team approves every one.

Answers ready before the client asks

Every posting is filed against its source document with the decision that produced it, append-only and retained for seven years. A client query, a review point or an HMRC enquiry becomes a lookup. You can also question the records in plain English and get back the document the answer came from.

What it costs a practice

Three plans at £30, £50 and £90 per month per client, covering 250, 1,000 and 3,000 documents a month and 3, 5 or 10 users. Setup is £200, £750 or £2,000 and includes integrations, rules configuration, migration and testing. There is a 14-day money-back guarantee; setup fees are non-refundable.

There is no self-serve free trial. SyncWise has to be configured against a real chart of accounts and a real ledger before it tells you anything useful, so instead we run a demo against a sample of your own documents.

Questions people ask about this

Is SyncWise priced per client or per practice?

Per client, per month — £30, £50 or £90 depending on the plan. A practice runs it across its client book from one login.

Does it replace our bookkeepers?

No. It removes the handling — the keying, the duplicate checking, the chasing — and leaves the judgement and the approval with your team. Every supplier bill is still approved by a person.

How long does setup take?

It depends on how many systems are being connected and how clean the data is. A straightforward Xero or QuickBooks setup is quick; a bespoke or legacy system takes longer. Setup covers integrations, rules configuration, migration and testing, and you get a realistic timeline on your call rather than a guess.

See it run on your own documents

The demo uses a sample of your own invoices and bills, not a canned one. Plans are £30, £50 and £90 a month per client, with setup from £200. There is no free trial, and there is a 14-day money-back guarantee.
